Banksy Art Exhibit in Las Vegas is titled, Banksy Genius or Vandal. I consider him a genius. He captures in his artwork what many of us think in our subconscious. He plays with our satirical dark side of humor, seducing it to come out and play and express an opinion. Banksy voices what most of us are too afraid to say, probably why some call him a vandal.

Millions have already seen the exhibit in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Madrid, and Lisbon. It features more than 70 original creations from the elusive Banksy, including screenprints, photographs, videos, media created by other artists, limited editions, postcards, posters, 3D art, and original work by Banksy. I photographed the art at the exhibit in Las Vegas, and I apologize for the clarity. It was not easy to photograph due to all the reflective lights. I am not posting all the artwork, as then you may not want to go to the exhibit.

Banksy inspired hotel - The Walled Off Hotel
The Walled Off Hotel is located in Bethlehem, Palestine, and boasts having the worst view. You can buy souvenir T-Shirts saying so! It opened in 2017, marking the 100th British control of Palestine. It was a perfect opportunity for Banksy to finance the project and open hotel doors to the public. To book rooms, please check out their website here. The hotel and room are designed by Banksy, Sami Musa, and Dominque Petrin. The hotel is incredibly unique as each room, not only is created by famous artists but face the wall. There is also a contemporary art gallery for guests to visit and gift shop.

The show is inside the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip, first floor, near Forever 21. The Mall is across the street from Wynn and Encore Resort and Casino. The show will be on display until April 5, 2020. To purchase tickets, please click here.

I first noticed Banksy's work, in the early 2000s before I even realized it was his signature stencil mark. I was in London with my husband, walking along the Thames and happened to look down. While I was taking photographs, I noticed in the gutter, stenciled rats taking pictures of me. I was immediately in love with the satirical approach to his art and have been a fan ever since.
