 Holiday Fare - Nana's Hot Chocolate Pancakes. Banana pancakes loaded with white chocolate chips and topped with house-made marshmallow and pecans. Served with a pot of Mexican hot chocolate. YES! It is like having a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows, if you wanted to know. It was rich, silky, and had a velvety appeal.  The Sweet Potato Snooze Pancakes are a year round favorite, just don't think Thanksgiving for this one. Trust me! The Sweet Potato Pancakes are made with their signature sweet potato buttermilk pancakes topped with house-made caramel, candied pecans and ginger butter. What I like most about Snooze...What I like most about Snooze is their commitment to responsibly sourced food and the business partner they have relationships with. What does that mean? Pictured above on the left is the Bella Bella Benny - Thin slices of proscuitto, Taleggio Cheese, and poached cage-free egg on a toasted chiabatta bread, topped with cream cheese hollandaise, balsamic glaze and argula. On the right - Smashed Avocado Benny. They use their signature English muffin topped with fresh smashed avocado, Parmesan cheese, rippened tomatoes, poached cage-free eggs, cheddar hollandaise, pico de gallo and Cotija cheese.  The Bella Bella Benny sliced open to show the perfectly cooked poached egg. Behind you see the fabulous Smashed Avocado Benny.  Holiday Fare - Home for the Hollandaise Benny. Seared, cider-braised, habanero pork belly on top of a lightly buttered griddled English muffin with bacon-espresso jam, poached eggs topped with cream cheese hollandaise and cranberry relish.  Chili Verde Benedict - Green chili sauced tortillas and melted cheese with your choice of slow cooked pulled pork or barbacoa style beef, topped with poached cage-free eggs, green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese. Pictured above is the pulled pork Chile Verde Benedict.  Snooze pet policy is approved by dogs everywhere! Just ask Goose, pictured above, who is smiling from nose to tail. If your dog is on a leash and friendly, you can all sit together in their outdoor patio. Below is the Snooze am menu offering a variety of other Snooze breakfast not pictured.
